The Service may include, without limitation, business listings and related information, ratings and content derived from third-party sources, maps and location features, educational content, accounts for business owners, and tools for submitting content and requests. We may add, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature or content of the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

3. Business Listings

Listings on the Service are compiled from publicly available sources, third-party services, and user submissions. We may create, display, edit, supplement, or remove any listing at any time at our sole discretion, and the inclusion of a business does not require that business's consent or participation. Businesses may contact us at info@gambrelworks.com regarding their listing, and we may, but are not obligated to, act on any such request.

4. Accounts and Store Claims

Certain features may require an account. If you create an account or submit a request to claim or add a listing, you agree that:

• You are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering a binding contract, and authorized to represent and bind the business when you submit a store claim, create or use a store-owner account, or act for a listed business
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
• You will keep your login credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account
• You will only claim a listing if you are the owner of that business or are authorized to act on its behalf; submitting a false or unauthorized claim is prohibited
• We may approve, reject, revoke, suspend, or transfer any claim, account, or listing control at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, including in response to disputes over ownership or authorization
• We may require any verification we deem appropriate before or after approving any claim, account, or submission

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise objectionable as determined by us in our sole discretion

The inclusion of any business in the directory does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GAMBREL WORKS LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
