About the shop
Opened in December 2024 by Sheree Tuttle, a former nurse who relocated from the South Carolina Lowcountry, The Magnolia Barn occupies Edgefield's original Hartley Barn, built in 1920 and renovated with bright, open space and a fresh coffee and muffin bar. The shop blends antiques and vintage finds with a health-focused general store — local press reported roughly 90% of inventory is organic, American-made, or locally sourced, including Heart Pine Homestead breads and Dry Creek honey — and its Facebook presence has since rebranded as Magnolia Antiques & More, signaling a growing antiques emphasis. Fellow Edgefield antique dealers are known to send pickers her way, making it a natural stop on a browse through the town's historic square.
