Originally built as Moorhead Electrical Machinery Corporation and later operated as Kinsey Electric, the venue retains original architectural elements including a 20-ton overhead crane and rusty steel columns. The warehouse accommodates weddings, private events, and corporate functions for up to 300-600 people across multiple customizable spaces. The venue is also known for hosting the Kinsey Vintage Market twice yearly, featuring 50+ antique, vintage, and artisan vendors from the tri-state area. Featured on HGTV's 'Home Again with the Fords' and used for national American Eagle photo shoots.
