Our analysis of public reviews — a summary of what people wrote, not a star rating. Tone: Generally enthusiastic and positive, with customers expressing joy at discoveries and willingness to return. However, frustration evident in reviews about climate control and inventory authenticity. Some customers feel misled by 'antique' label..
