Eldorado General Store is a small, single-owner boutique housed in a historic 1870 flatiron building in Detroit's Corktown neighborhood. Owner Erin Gavle and her husband Chris Miele travel the country and globe to curate an eclectic collection of handmade jewelry (especially turquoise pieces), vintage clothing, crystals, apothecary items, altar goods, and home accessories. The shop prioritizes local artists, minority and women-owned businesses, indigenous artists, and fair-trade companies practicing sustainable practices. With original tin ceilings, exposed brick, and vintage architectural details, the sun-drenched space serves as a gathering place for dreamers and community members seeking inspiration and connection.
