About the shop
Artists Leah Fairbanks and Derek Lusk took over Ashland Artisan Emporium in April 2022 after their earlier Phoenix business, Rocks and Records, was destroyed in the Almeda Fire. Fairbanks works in lampworked glass beads, while Lusk makes jewelry and works with gemstones. The emporium combines vendor booths with antiques, vintage clothing, gems and minerals, and locally made art and crafts. It is part of the Ashland Shopping Center on Ashland Street.
