The Altar Room is a curated antique gallery in Sacramento specializing in rare occult books, antique altar tools, and natural history curiosities. Directed by Shasta Smith, a 25-year veteran of design and esoteric history, the shop functions as both a Cabinet of Curiosities and event venue. The gallery rescues historical artifacts and antiquities from around the world, offering collectors and designers access to unique pieces spanning pagan altars, witchcraft supplies, and architectural elements. Open Saturdays for browsing, with classes and exclusive events available.
